Many times after looking for homes, I'd apologize to Rob and say "look, I'm sorry for wasting your time and taking away from your family time. I feel bad but I don't think there's something exactly right for us," and Rob told me that it was his job to be of service and he loved doing it. That's the kind of guy he is.
